What’s this reservation system?

We require reservations to enter into Hyphen Space. You must reserve on the website and show us your reservation confirmation to check-in.

If you are bringing guests, you must add an additional reservation for each guest you bring. To do so, select the suitable reservation.

If there are no more available reservations at the moment of your arrival, you can reserve via pick-up pass right before entering. But please pre-plan ahead of time as pick-up passes only allow you to grab and go your drink after receiving your drink.

What is included with my reservation?

Admission to co-work or chill at Hyphen Space. You will get access to our printer, office stationary (printer paper, pens, sharpies, highlighters, post-it notes, color pencils), high speed Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks and snacks. The duration of your stay depends on the type of reservation you chose.

We have 3 options:

Hourly Pass : $10 - 1 complimentary drink + snack

Day Pass: $29 - 3 complimentary drinks + snacks

Passes allow for 1 entry within operating hours. You may arrive at any time for your reservation. We ask you to choose an estimated arrival time window to let us know when you’re coming.

Complimentary Drinks + Snacks for you. 

We do politely request that you take your time ordering throughout your stay and take enough snacks so that other guests can also enjoy.

Do you have membership?

Yes. Please e-mail us at info@hyphenspace.com or leave your contact to purchase a monthly membership for $500.

What complimentary drinks are available?

Our menu is in-store and rotates frequently so we are sorry we do not have our menu on the website. 

Once you are ready to order, we politely request that you take your time ordering 1 drink at a time throughout the duration of your stay. 

What complimentary snacks are available?

Complimentary snacks are on rotation and not everything will be available at all times.

We will provide Asian snacks such as Pocky, Rice Crackers, White Rabbit Candy, Hello Panda, Chocopie, etc.

Pastries are an additional add-on. Example such as freshly made milk bread, Taiwanese hot dog buns, bolo baos a.k.a. pineapple buns, cake slices, and more.

Can I take home any drinks or snacks?

If you purchase a day pass you can take home 1 drink and 1 snack.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict no cancellation policy once you book your pass. So please keep this in mind before making a reservation. We do not offer refunds.

Can I reschedule, transfer, or cancel my reservation? 

After you book your reservation, you have a 3 hour grace period to email us to cancel or reschedule your reservation upon purchase confirmation. After that, we do not offer refunds.

However, you can transfer reservation(s) if you find another person to take your place, you as the purchaser must notify us and the new reservation holder must show the reservation confirmation to check-in.

What happens if I’m late to my reservation?

You may come at any time during your scheduled time frame.

But workshops have a strict start time, so please arrive on time.

Can I re-enter after I leave?

Yes, so long as it is within your reservation time. We may ask you again to show proof of reservation.

What are your hours?

Our visiting days are Tuesday to Sunday. 

Tuesday - Friday: 9 AM to 7 PM. 

Saturday: 9 AM - 9 PM. 

Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM. 

Mondays: Closed. 

Availability and hours for visiting may change and vary based on photo studio booking, private events, and workshops.

So please refer to your reservation as your main source for hours. Unless changes are notified to you directly by us.

Can we bring laptops/iPads?

Yes please do! As this is a shared co-working space, we request reasonable loudness for phone calls & meetings. If you are not sure how loud is acceptable,

How is parking?

Plenty of street parking. We do recommend skills in parallel parking though.

Any age requirement?

For Day Pass there is no age limit. And if you have children under 2 years old they may enter with you for free.

Guests Age 3 - 17 can receive 30% off their pass. 

Are pets allowed?

We’re sorry to say this, but we are not allowing pets. Only service animals allowed.

Any house rules?

Please be respectful, kind, and courteous of others, our space, and employees. We are an inclusive space. If we find any guests to have disregarded the rules or are being disrespectful, we reserve the right to request you to leave immediately and receive no refund. If you are a repeated offender, we have the right to decline your reservation(s) and receive no refund.

We ask for a no shoes policy upstairs and at the tatami mats only. 

We work hard to curate a beautiful space for you. Please be mindful and respectful of our space, take care of our furniture, and you leave everything as you found it. If we do find any guests have stolen items, they will not be allowed to return or make future reservations and will have to pay for the stolen or broken items. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We have a lost-and-found drawer. Please tell us what you lost to the best of your ability and we will check if it matches. If you have not come back to claim it in the past 30 days, it’ll be a finders keeper deal.

Please clean up after yourself. 

No smoking or vaping inside and 30 feet outside of our premise.

All weapons, including concealed firearms are prohibited on these premises.
